How do I validate my option ?

To validate your option, send to the campsite your rental contract fully completed and signed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay before the end date of option.
If you do not meet these requirements by the deadline, your option will be removed.

How do I pay for my stay ?

The balance of your stay must be paid at the latest, one month before the beginning of your vacations. If you book your vacation within 30 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged.

How can I pay for my stay ?

  • By check to the order of SARL Domaine le Chatelier (only at more than 30 days of the beginning of the stay),
  • By credit card over the phone or on our website,
  • Species,
  • Transfer,
  • ANCV vouchers – these vouchers must be sent with the stubs, completed with the name, surname and address of the holder (do not fill in the box ” Provider details “).

How much is the deposit ?

A deposit of 370€ corresponding to the housework and possible damages will be asked at your arrival ONLY BY BANK CARD.
It will be returned to you after your departure if nothing abnormal has been noted and the accommodation has been returned in perfect condition.

Do I have a choice about the location of my rental ?

We will try to accommodate your requests for the location of your accommodation according to availability and if your request is feasible. However, we cannot guarantee a specific location in advance.

Is it possible to cancel my reservation ?

Leave with peace of mind by subscribing to the cancellation insurance ” Campez-Couvert ” at the time of your reservation. Without it, no refund request will be accepted as stated in our General Terms and Conditions of Rental.

Can my 4-legged friend accompany me on vacation ?

Your friend will be able to accompany you even during your vacations (within the limit of one animal per accommodation).
Upon arrival, you will have to present his vaccination booklet completed with rabies up to date and his identification number (chip or tattoo).
However, beware of1st and2nd category dogs which are not allowed on the camp.

Are the sheets provided ?

You will find blankets and pillows in your accommodation.
You will need to bring your own kitchen linen, towels and sheets (fitted sheets, comforter covers and pillow cases). For more peace of mind, you can buy disposable sheets at the campsite reception.
The pair of single sheets is 10€ and the pair of double sheets is 12€.

How do we deal with late arrivals ?

If you’re stuck in traffic or your work day ends late, don’t panic !
In this case, inform the reception by phone at 02 51 55 22 22 and deposit your deposit by credit card on the phone.
The reception will give you all the information you need to access your mobile home in complete serenity. You will simply have to report to the office the next morning.

What are the conditions of access to the pool ?

The access to the aquatic area is only authorized to the holiday makers of the campsite. Visitors are not allowed for security reasons.
You will need to wear a bathing suit.

The following are allowed: : swimming trunks, swimming trunks, swimming cap, 1-piece swimsuit, 2-piece swimsuit.

Can we have a barbecue ?

Charcoal barbecues are prohibited by prefectural decree.
Only gas or electric barbecues are allowed on the camp for safety reasons.

Does the campsite have WIFI access ?

You can buy a WIFI package for 1 or more devices. The price varies according to the number of devices and the desired connection time. You will find the price list posted at the reception desk or on our website under ” Downloads “.

How are the departures going ?

You will have to leave the keys of your clean rental before 10am at the reception.
The inventory of fixtures will be done after your departure by our cleaning team and the deposit will be erased if no anomaly was noticed.
If you have rented a pitch, you will be able to use it until noon on the day of departure. Your deposit will be forfeited if we find that your site has been left clean.

What if I don’t feel like cleaning ?

You have the possibility to take the option ” Housekeeping package ” at 90€ until the day before your departure subject to availability.
Please note : the cleaning package does not include the cleaning of dishes and cupboards as well as garbage cans which must be emptied by you.

Can I have an extra person in my rental ?

For reasons of comfort, the rentals have a maximum capacity of 4 to 7 people depending on the type of mobile home. If you are planning to host an extra person, please check with the reception to make sure that your accommodation is suitable. The new occupant will have to be declared and will have to pay the tourist tax and/or supplement.
